The Colt product range is divided into four distinct segments:

	Smoke Control Systems to maintain safe conditions in buildings where smoke and fire spread is deemed to be a risk, such as shopping centres, enclosed car parks, apartment buildings, single storey buildings and atria.
	Climate Control Systems including the Colt-Caloris water source heat pump system, natural and powered ventilation and heating (HVAC systems), to maintain comfortable living and working conditions throughout the year.
